The complete redevelopment of what was originally an old aquarium has transformed Coogee Pavilion into a heaving beachside venue. Vinnie's pizza, a seafood station, oyster bar, Will&Co coffee cart, kids mess hall, an ice-creamery, and flower stall occupy the ground floor. The spatial design strategy incorporates specifically developed palettes for each area within Coogee Pavilion.
Textural treatments are deliberately worn, crafting a familiar backdrop of industrial elements. Styling and details reflect a contemporary canteen aesthetic.
