Edward House
Transforming a rabbit warren into a light-bathed box.
Edward House is 1940s art deco apartment in South Bondi. Mouldings, architraves and skirting boards were relinquished to create seamlessness. Floor to ceiling pivot doors replace the ornate & unnecessary. Bi-folding + casement windows frame the North-Easterly aspect. A material palette of oak, slate and mirrored glass define the apartment.
