The Paddington
Reimagining the local.
The Paddington set-out to give new life to the old-fashioned pub mentality. Occupying a 580 sqm footprint, the Paddington is part pub, part restaurant, part cocktail bar, transforming as the night evolves. The space retains original features of the classic 1920's Paddington building which is bookended by Oxford & Victoria Streets. Exposed signwriting, chalky bricks, and the corrugated tin roof remain in original condition while new materials are carefully chosen to honour and align with the heritage of the site and the pub concept as a whole.
